Dr. Abraham Varghese
Dr. Varghese attended Northwestern University for his undergrad degree. He attended medical school at the University of Illinois and completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Varghese has been involved in aesthetic medicine since 2013. He resides in Milwaukee with an active practice at Madison Medical and is the Medical Director at Milwaukee Center for Independence. A music lover, sports enthusiast, and foodie, Dr. Varghese is passionate about many things. His dedication to his profession has driven him to take an active role in several quality committees to ensure better patient outcomes and achieve patient satisfaction. He is always proud and humbled by the trust his patient’s place in him.
Debra Spina
Debra received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh in 1983. With over three decades of experience in critical care nursing - including ICU, Emergency Trauma, and Interventional Radiology-she developed a strong foundation in patient safety and clinical expertise. She also spent 10 years as Lead RN at Milwaukee Vein and Laser clinic, refining her skills in advanced procedures and patient care. For the past 18 years, Debra has specialized in Aesthetic Nursing as the owner of Derma Skin Care Clinic. She blends her medical background with an artistic eye to deliver natural, personalized results. Passionate about education and client safety, Debra is committed to helping each individual look and feel their best through advanced injectable technique and evidence-based care - always with a refreshed and natural finish.
Alison Joers
Alison is a Registered Nurse with prior experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, and plastics. In addition to working at Derma Skincare Clinic, she works as a mental health RN and has honed a deep understanding of the importance of both physical and emotional well-being. In addition to nursing, Alison completed the Aesthetics program at Aveda in 2007. Alison has completed advanced training in cosmetic treatments and has a passion for promoting self-care and confidence. Whether in the hospital or the spa, Alison believes in the importance of empathy, education, and individualized care. In her spare time, Alison enjoys spending time with her family, as well as staying physically active by doing gymnastics.
Stephanie Gould
Stephanie is a State Licensed Aesthetician since 2008. She received her education from the Alexander Thomas School of Aesthetics in Brookfield, WI. She is result driven and focused on her client’s satisfaction. She is devoted to providing the best possible service and dedicated to providing her clients with the best possible skin care knowledge. She is committed to continuing her knowledge in skin care by taking advanced training seminars in aesthetics. Her passion for what she does shows with her dedication to learning new advancements in skin care to share with her clients.
Kimberly Miller
Kimberly is a licensed aesthetician with over a decade of experience helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. She began her professional journey in 2011 after completing the aesthetics program at La' James International College in Des Moines, Iowa. Kimberly previously held licensure in both Iowa and Wisconsin, and now proudly serves clients in Wisconsin.

Kasey has been a State Licensed Aesthetician since 2015, receiving her training from the Alexander Thomas School of Aesthetics in Brookfield, WI. With over a decade of experience in the skincare industry, Kasey has built a reputation for combining deep knowledge with a warm, approachable style that puts clients instantly at ease.
